Profile
 
The successful candidate will work with the Senior Management and take an active role in the Long Income Funds’/Mandates’ acquisition and asset management activities.
 
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
 
Acquisitions
  • Supporting senior staff members on long income acquisitions
  • Supporting senior staff members on developing and structuring sale and leaseback opportunities
  • Liaising and working with lawyers, valuers and other outsourced support.
  • Sourcing additional long income acquisition opportunities
 
Asset Management
  • Supporting the in-house asset management team on day to day and strategic asset management across the three funds
  • Help to devise and execute strategy; hold/sell analysis, budget and business plan forecasting and S/C management
  • Work closely with the property managers, external advisors and fund accounting teams.
 
The successful candidate should have: 
 
  • 2 to 3 years plus, post RICS qualification Real Estate experience
  • Property valuation experience
  • Property transaction experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Fund, Property company or Agency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong report writing (predominantly Investment Committee papers) skills.
  • Analytical and financial modelling skills
  • A clean driving licence
