Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential real estate assets.

- Conduct thorough market analysis and due diligence to identify investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align investment strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in residential real estate asset management and investment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing real estate portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
