Are you an up-and-coming Plumber looking for stability?Our client, a reputable presence in the heart of Johannesburg CBD, boasts a longstanding record of success. As a respected landlord, they manage their diverse portfolio of properties entirely in-house, ensuring hands-on control of operations. With a steadily expanding mixed portfolio, they are seeking a skilled Plumber to join their facilities team and support the ongoing upkeep of their buildings.
Reporting directly to the Building Manager, the Plumber will be based at one of two commercial buildings. The role involves a range of essential tasks, including installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply lines and sanitation systems. The Plumber will also be responsible for detecting and resolving plumbing issues, inspecting drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with regulations, and performing routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of commercial plumbing experience and hold a degree or diploma in plumbing, which is non-negotiable. Candidates residing in or around Johannesburg CBD are preferred, given the location of the portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional looking to contribute to a well-established property management team.
