Job Summary
If you're an experienced Building Surveyor who likes to be given work to do and just get on with it, but without having someone look over your shoulder the whole time, then this could be the role you're looking for.A small Building Surveying consultancy is looking for someone to be based out of their North West office to help with the large workload they have on. Working with pension funds mainly (so a great variety of properties including industrial and life sciences) you'd be asked to carry out:
- Contract Administration / Project Management.
- Interim Schedule of Dilapidations.
- Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations.
- Schedules of Condition.
- Preparation of Drawings.
- Preparation of Licence of Alterations.
