Job Summary
Reporting to the CEO, Vietnam, you will be responsible in developing and implementing project management strategies and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery across high-end residential and commercial developments in Vietnam. You will chart the strategic direction of the Project Development and Design Management in HCMC and Hanoi.Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Allocate resources effectively, assigning tasks to designers based on their strengths and project needs
- Build and manage relationships with business / joint venture partners and other key players within the project management community.
- Drive the liaison with authorities to manage potential risks / issues encountered and procure necessary approvals
- Nurture an organizational culture that complies with Workplace Safety and Health’s internal and external standards and regulations
- Embrace technology as key success factor to drive Project Development activities towards achieving the desired business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years in project management, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial developments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering or Building Sciences. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Overseas working experience and exposure to the real estate or construction market of Vietnam would be advantageous
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong technical expertise in project management and development
