They’re dedicated solely to real estate investment. The team is led by seasoned professionals with deep expertise in both real estate and financial markets, and they cater primarily to sophisticated investors who seek high returns through listed real estate-focused investments.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the research and analysis of publicly traded real estate securities in South Africa and globally. You’ll need to be numerically strong, capable of reading and understanding financials, and willing to engage in a variety of tasks—not just financial modeling, though that will be a significant part of your work. You’ll also be involved in administrative duties, trading, writing reports, answering queries, and conducting ESG analysis, to name a few. They’re looking for a recently qualified CA (SA) or CFA with experience in the investment space. If you have experience in the real estate industry, that’s a plus, but what’s most important is a strong numerical and problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn quickly from the experienced team.
