Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for leasing? 

Our client, who was founded as a family-owned business, has maintained its family-oriented values while expanding into a significant player in the South African property market. They’re looking for a Lease Administrator based in Pretoria to join their team. 

In this role, you'll handle all aspects of lease agreements for a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring everything from tenant onboarding to billing is managed with precision. As a Lease Administrator, you'll be the key point of contact for both new and existing tenants, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. You’ll manage various billing aspects, including turnover rental and rates increases, and handle any ad-hoc adjustments. Regular reporting to the Asset Manager on lease status and tenant interactions will be a crucial part of your role, as will maintaining an organized system for filing all relevant documents.

Familiarity with systems like MRI Property Billing, DocuSign, and LISA would be a plus. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
