Job Summary
This busy and growing property company and developer is looking for a Project Manager from a Building Surveying background to join them. It's an exciting and busy time for them, their portfolio is growing and there are plans afoot to build out and develop several of their assets across over 4 million square feet of land. To help with this, they need a dedicated Project Manager in house to handle the delivery aspect of the developments.It would be your job to handle all the contract administration to coordinate the external consultants, managing the delivery of a variety of new build and refurbishment projects across the portfolio, as well as maintenance and some compliance on the held estate. Working as part of a small but dedicated team, you'd be integral to the success of the company with plenty of scope for progression and development there too.
You should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager / Building Surveyor at consultancy or a developer under your belt and be able to work relatively autonomously but as part of a wider development team.
