Job Summary
I have partnered with a family run Developer/Prop Co based in Yorkshire to find them a new Asset Manager for their mixed commercial & residential real estate investment portfolio.Reporting into the MD, you will be managing this terrific portfolio with a true sense of how real estate interacts within a commercial business.
It's perhaps a well-timed position for someone in a corporate environment looking to break away from the multi-layered decision making where your recommendations are constantly diluted. This is a position with freedom to make a mark, be innovative, and most importantly have all the exposure to learn from your own mistakes and have your personal successes championed.
Or maybe this is a new start for someone looking to get client side in a diverse role. You will be asked to be in charge of the asset management strategy, including the lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, surrenders and the overall maximising of value across the portfolio.
Salary circa £35,000 - £45,000.
