Job Summary
Major UK mixed use developer is seeking an additional Senior / Property Development Manager to join the existing team in the North West / Manchester Region.The team are currently involved in some of the most significant development projects in the North West, with further exciting projects in the pipeline.
Due to increase in workload, the business have need for an additional, experienced Property Development professional capable of both supporting the existing team and taking the lead in certain aspects of the role. The role requires a professional proficient in site identification/acquisitions; funding and financial management; be capable of providing input in the planning and design phase, as well as having a working appreciation of the delivery element. Similarly, professionals with property marketing/leasing/sales will also be favoured.
