Job Summary
Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with a leading Global Real Estate Consultancy on the appointment of a Senior Associate Director within their Property Management team; on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. As part of this leading Property Management team you will get to work on a Government Contract that has responsibility for Office and Industrial assets across the UK.You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the client, building the relationship and being a main point of contact, as well as providing market leading management of their portfolio. You will have the opportunity to identify opportunities where services can be improved and added value realised, whilst actively participating in the growth of the team and playing a key part in other business development.
The job will require liaison with the full complement of property management staff across the business including internal employees. Ideally you will already be MRICS, however, the business will consider someone with relevant experience. You will need a background in Commercial Property Management, ideally with a focus/understanding of the Office sector and market trends but those who have dealt with mixed commercial portfolios will also be considered.
