Job Summary
We are partnering with a leading Global Investment firm with an excellent brand name and reputation to identify a Real Estate professional with deep knowledge of the Japanese market.They advise their clients across asset classes, working with some of the largest pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and insurance companies globally.
They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate professional to join their team as Vice President of Capital Advisory in Japan.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving capital raising efforts, fostering investor relationships, and providing strategic advisory services to support client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital advisory initiatives, including the development and execution of fundraising strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other relevant prospective clients.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients, including investment analysis, market insights, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor meetings, and other networking events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in capital advisory, investment banking, or real estate finance.
- Proven track record of successful capital raising and investor relations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
