Job Summary

Our client is a leading Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) platform specializing in logistics properties. Our mission is to transform the logistics landscape through strategic investments and innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Leasing in Jakarta.

Position Overview: As the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for leading and managing all leasing activities for our logistics properties portfolio in Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in driving occupancy rates, maximizing rental income, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the real estate logistics secdtor in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize lease agreements with tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the preparation of leasing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop a team of leasing professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing, with a focus on logistics properties.
  • Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant management.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesia real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
