When one door closes, and another door opens - Call the Facilities Manager!Our client, a respected leader with over a decade of experience, manages a diverse portfolio of high LSM properties, including a large mixed-use precinct currently in various stages of planning and development. At the heart of this precinct is a sizeable regional mall, which has created an opportunity for a strong Precinct Facilities Manager to join their team and uphold the high standards of their portfolio.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager, taking responsibility for setting and managing both capex and opex budgets, as well as implementing comprehensive maintenance plans. You will also lead all aspects of health and safety, while overseeing the hard and soft services within the precinct.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and 8 to 10 years of proven experience in facilities management, working for a landlord or developer. Active registration with SAFMA and a valid driver’s license are required.
