Working with a developer can be extremely rewarding, can't it? You get to see projects through from cradle to grave, none of this dipping in and out you'd get at a consultancy; you are there the whole time, running things, ensuring the vision and quality isn't compromised at any point; and at the end you can hold your head up and say "I did this" and point to the fruit of your labours.This is a superb opportunity for someone who wants to get into a high-end residential developer and get experience in delivering total refurbishment and new-build projects across their growing North West portfolio. You'd be working alongside a small but dedicated development team, lead by the Construction Director on the larger projects and taking on the slightly smaller ones all by yourself.
Once up and running, you can work from home a couple of days a week, be in the office a couple of days and then out to site as needed. You do need to have some post-graduate experience in running projects on either JCT or NEC contracts, as well as enough experience to be able to run a project by yourself.
