Job Summary
We are partnering with a well-established London-based Property Company to recruit a Commercial Property Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio in Central London, where you will work closely with the Head of Property Management to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio. Your responsibilities will include providing prompt and effective support to tenants when issues arise, ensuring a high standard of service and tenant satisfaction.In addition to managing tenant relationships, you will play a key role in identifying and managing lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals, expiries, assignments, and dilapidations. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to address these matters, ensuring that all lease events are appropriately recorded and updated in the system.
