- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Over 5 years in leasing in HK market, experience in mixed portfolio
- strong understanding in HK leasing market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry professionals.
