Job Summary
This leading charity is looking for a Building Surveyor to help look after its Northern Portfolio. Covering Scotland and the North you'll be tasked with looking at the condition of their properties, handling maintenance, condition surveys, and all the way through to project management of anything that needs rectifying.You don't need to be chartered, but you do need to have enough experience to be autonomous and be able to manage your own diary and day - there will be lots of travel as you'd expect, and also there will likely be overnight stays on occasion too. You can be from any background in any sector, as long as you have building surveying experience.
