Macdonald & Company are delighted to have been exclusively instructed on the below Commercial Leasing Surveyor opportunity for a Property Investor and Developer.Role: Commercial Leasing Surveyor
Location: South Coast / Sussex
Salary: c. £50,000 -£60,000 plus Bonus
You'll be tasked with identifying new tenant targets including collaborating with agents to pinpoint prospective tenants where you’ll have direct interactions with potential occupiers to assess interest and suitability.
You’ll negotiate lease terms and be responsible for discussing and finalising terms and rental levels in partnership with agents along with securing approval from the Asset Manager for lease agreements.
You’ll prepare HOTs including drafting initial lease term documents and obtaining approval from the Property Director before proceeding on new mandates.
You’ll also assist the Asset Manager with other tasks including (but not limited to) rent reviews, lease expiry and renewal negotiations, dilapidations, refurbishments, surrender and lease regear negotiations and other asset management initiatives.
