We are actively seeking an experienced Finance Manager to effectively oversee the financial operations of a diverse portfolio. The role encompasses supervising financial reporting, ensuring SARS compliance, and managing ad hoc reporting with commercial banks and HR for BEE certification. In addition, you will lead a small finance team, guarantee accurate payroll processing, and play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of other companies.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of finance management experience, preferably in the property and fuel station industries, with familiarity with WINBRANCH being a strong advantage. The position requires a Bcom in Accounting or Finance. Although this is a non-CA role, having SAIPA credentials would be beneficial. Candidates should have previous ERP software experience, such as Pastel, QuickBooks, or Microsoft AX Dynamics, and experience with Pastel Payroll is required. Experience with MRI Property Central or QuickBooks Online would be an added advantage.
