"As someone who has limited experience working with recruiting firms, I found our engagement with Luke to be fair, honest, incredibly helpful, and honestly comforting.

Trying to recruit high character people internationally with speed and confidence is challenging. I am thankful that he was on the account. He helped us shorten our timeline for finding a key hire from what probably could have been multiple months down to weeks. And helped us tap into personal networks we would have had to spend weeks extracting personal recommendations from.

His quality of service has led to us exploring using Macdonald for additional roles both in Europe and in other regions. I’m looking forward to future opportunities to work with Luke."
