Job Summary
Our Private Equity Real Estate client is actively investing into the German market, they are seeking to add to their team a Investment Analyst in the Frankfurt location.Tasks:
- Underwriting, cash flow analysis, and financial modelling
- Support in the preparation of internal and external documents
- Support in the coordination and preparation of object-specific reporting
- Active participation in acquisition processes and due diligence documentation
- Support of the asset management team in active asset management tasks
- Market research for new and existing markets
Qualifications:
- University degree in real estate, geography, economics or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for real estate
- Team player with an eye for detail and a proactive attitude
- Motivation and high commitment
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Good to very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Native or C2 level of German and Fluent English
