Senior Development Project Manager- Dublin 

My client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Development Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to exciting residential and commercial development projects and gain valuable experience working for a real estate development company Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of building contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of comprehensive Project Execution Plans, working closely with senior staff to analyse and propose effective strategies.
  • Tender Management: Track and coordinate the preparation of tender documents, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to clients and funding partners providing clear updates on project status and achievements.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and implementation of mitigation actions.
  • Project Administration: Manage project administration tasks, including following up on actions, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Design Team Collaboration: Interact with and coordinate the efforts of the design team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure project compliance.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the preparation and delivery of residential construction projects.
  • Strong contract administration skills and a deep understanding of building contracts.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
