Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 plsu Car and Bonus
This Valuation Advisory team is seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join its successful and growing Specialist Valuations team. The scope of the role is varied, noting that the Specialist team act for a wide range of clients spanning both public and private sectors. As such, this is a unique opportunity to develop new skillsets within the specialist valuation sector, whilst still having exposure to more typical commercial asset classes such as (industrial, office and retail).
You must be RICS qualified and have experience undertaking development appraisals and investment valuations and preparing high quality Red Book valuation reports and written advice for clients.
