As such they are lookout for a savvy Transaction Manager to join their vibrant team, specialising in commercial real estate transaction management and tenant representation. In this role, you'll lead tenant searches, negotiate leases, and secure high-calibre tenants. You'll also drive business development through CRM tools, social media, and direct marketing, while participating in project teams or working independently to close deals. Your responsibilities include market research, networking, and utilising stock management systems, CRM, data analytics, and financial reporting to excel in a dynamic environment. Plus, you’ll get the benefit of working with fresh, newly developed buildings that are just waiting for the perfect tenant.

The successful incumbent will be a seasoned commercial real estate pro with at least 5 years’ experience in leasing management or tenant representation and a proven success record. Ideally, you have a degree in Property studies or Commerce and PPRA Fidelity Fund certification. You should be self-motivated, thrive in high-pressure settings, and communicate effectively with top decision-makers. A valid driving license and your own vehicle will secure.
