Calling all electricians!Our client has a long-standing history of success in the Johannesburg CBD, with an impressive retail and commercial property portfolio. Specialising in acquiring and renovating properties, they take pride in managing their entire portfolio and facilities in-house. To join their multi-faceted and growing team, they are looking for a dynamic Electrician who can contribute to their ongoing success.
Reporting to the Building Manager, the Electrician will be based at one of two commercial buildings in Johannesburg. Key responsibilities will include performing routine electrical maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, installing and upgrading electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the electrical infrastructure of the buildings while supporting the broader team’s operational goals.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience as a commercial Electrician. A degree or diploma in electrical work is non-negotiable, and candidates must reside in or around the Johannesburg CBD to ensure prompt availability for building requirements.
