Job Summary
One of the UK’s leaders in the Recycling, Energy & Waste Processing sectors are seeking an additional Property/Estate Surveyor to join the team. This business has a network of over 150 properties spread across the UK.To initially support the Group Property Manager, this role would require someone to be involved primarily in a mix of rent review/lease renewals and other landlord and tenant matters. Additionally, the successful candidate would be involved in renewable development projects (solar, battery, wind etc), drafting heads of terms, liaising with other professionals (including business rates), providing support for annual valuations & reviews, insurance & heath & safety matters etc. Full job description available.

The role is fully home based, with frequent UK travel to site. Applicants based around the West Midlands / Worcestershire / Herefordshire / Staffordshire / Shropshire / Cheshire, would be particular of interest. The post is offered at circa £40 - £42,500 + Car / Allowance + Pension & Bens.
