With over 20 co living and working spaces, they provide tenants with stylish, all-inclusive spaces in various locations. This is your chance to be part of a company that is setting trends in modern living and working environments.
In this role, your primary focus will be maximizing revenue across all their revenue generating outlets. You'll be responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent room sales, forging and maintaining relationships with key players in the travel trade and corporate sectors. Your days will be filled with sales calls and site visits, showcasing their unique spaces to potential clients.
They're looking for someone with a strong background in customer service and hospitality sales, who has outstanding communication and organizational skills. You thrive in a target-driven environment, are a self-starter, and possess top-notch time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MDA will be essential. You'll need to be based in Cape Town and have your own reliable transport to get around.
