Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a public sector organisations commercial property portfolio with a rapidly growing development pipeline?We are currently searching for a dynamic and driven Principal Development Surveyor or Asset Manager to join our clients team. You will be tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of key development projects that will transform a city center, contributing to the authorities economic growth. With over £80m in Government funding secured, this is your chance to lead major regeneration projects, manage a £30m Disposals Plan, and be part of a £55m Acquisition Program.
You’ll work alongside the Head of Strategic Assets to deliver innovative Asset Management strategies that support the city’s growth and regeneration. You'll also oversee property acquisitions, disposals, and ensure c. 2,000 land and property assets are optimised and future-ready.
